By becoming an ABCListing.net or ABC-Collections.com Member, you agree with the Terms of this Privacy Policy. You also agree to provide ABCListing.net or ABC-Collections.com the personally identifiable information including full name, mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, gender and e-mail address as well as all business information if it’s applicable. If you should become dissatisfied with any ABCListing terms or conditions or any subsequent modifications there to, you may immidiately discontinue your ABCListing or ABC Collections Inc. Membership by contacting ABCListing or ABC Collections, Inc.

HOW WE USE and COLLECT INFORMATION

ABCListing As a d/b/a of ABC Collections, Inc. takes your privacy responsibly. Please read the following to learn more about our Privacy Policy. (“Company”, “we” or “us”) reserve the right to revise this Policy at any time simply by posting such revision, so we encourage you to review it periodically.
ABCListing.net or ABC-Collections.com will collect information about you, when you register on any of our websites or through any of our authorized members, businesses or individuals. The data collected will be used to generate the Membership Code for individuals or the “Business Member Unique Code” for businesses.
The Membership Code will allow the Members to participate in any ABCListing Promotional Plans offered by the business members, including but not limited to Benefits, Discounts and Prizes.
The “Business Member Unique Code” will allow businesses to participate in any of the ABCListing Promotional Plans as well as to identify businesses and their owners for administrative purposes.

  • This policy covers how ABCListing treats personal information that ABCListing collects and receives. Personal information is the information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender and possibly business information if applicable.
  • This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that ABCListing does not own or control, or to people that ABCListing does not employ or manage. In addition, some companies that ABCListing does not own or control, have their own, preexisting privacy policies which may be reviewed by you, periodically.
  • ABCListing collects personal information to provide a “Membership Code” to an “individual member” or a “business member” an identifiable “unique code” by which an active business member may offer any product as a prize that may serve as an advertisement to the active individual members in accordance with ABCListing Promotional Plans.

  • ABCListing also provides an “individual member” and a “business member” an identifiable “unique code” by which an active business member may offer a discount that may serve as an incentive to other active individual member, according to ABCListing “Discount System”

  • The Membership Code and the Unique Business Code allows ABCListing.net or ACB-Collections.com to generate a Direct Advertisement System (DAS) to interconnect “business members” with other “individual members”.
  • ABCListing uses your information for the following general purposes: to lead you to the listings of other members in order to facilitate the promotion of the active business members’ websites and businesses that may allow you to receive benefits, discounts and prizes.
  • ABCListing site and Content available through Benefits, Discounts and Prizes may contain features and functionalities that may lead or link you with access to third party organizations which are entirely independent of ABCListing including but not limited to websites, servers, networks, directories, systems, databases and information, software, programs, warranties or services not related to benefits, discounts and prices and any other terms and conditions of ABCListing. Before proceeding with any online or offline transaction, you should make the appropriate investigation if you consider it, necessary.
  • ABCListing.net or ACB-Collections.com create business and individual members' profiles with the information that you provide about your business or about yourself.
  • Any Individual Member Prize Winner of any prize, agrees to permit ABCListing to record and distribute your personal information such as but not limited to photographs, names or any other information deemed necessary by ABCListing or ABC Collectios, Inc. to serve as advertisements.
  • ABCListing automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address ABCListing cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.

INFORMATION SHARING and DISCLOUSURE.

Neither ABCListing.net nor ABC-Collections.com rents, sells or shares personal information about you with other business members or individual members or non-affiliated companies except for authorized law enforcement agencies.

CHILDREN

  • ABCListing does not contact anyone under the age of 18 about special offers or for marketing purposes without parental permission.
  • ABCListing does not ask a minor under 18 years of age for personal information, unless that information is reasonably necessary for the participation in a given activity or for a promotional business member plan.
  • ABCListing does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except under the following circumstances:
    • We have a parent's permission to share the information if the user is a child under age 18. Parents have the option of allowing ABCListing to collect and use their child's information without consenting to ABCListing sharing of this information with people and companies who may use this information for their own purposes.
    • We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
    • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of ABCListing's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
    • ABCListing (We) transfer information about you if ABCListing is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, ABCListing will notify you before the information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a new organization privacy policy.
    • ABCListing does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. ABCListing or ABC Collections, Inc. does not have any control over the third-party's use of this information.
  • We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the ABCListing service, such as benefits, discounts and prizes announcements or administrative messages to serve to the ABCListing members' interest.

COOKIES

  • ABCListing may set and access ABCListing cookies on your computer. Cookies are text files we place in your computer’s browser to store your preferences. Cookies by themselves do not tell us your e-mail address or other personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide this information to us by, for example, registering at one of our sites. Government Forms

The Company may be required to create, collect, maintain and submit certain information required by the government such as IRS Forms W-9 and 1099.
All information required, which may include your taxpayer identification number, will not be used, shared transferred or sold for marketing purposes.
