3. You may participate in any of the ABCListing Initial Promotional Plans, which is a Direct Advertisement System (DAS) that interconnects the business members with the other individual members and allows you to participate in any of the following categories:
   1. the National Category Prize,

   3. the City Category Prize,
   4. the Local Category Prize or in the Business Discount Category.
4. You will receive a 100% reimbursement in advertisement, in the equal amount of money based on the product or service original retail price, when the product or service has been awarded and delivered to a winning member.
   Note: The original retail price was based on the regular product or service market sale price at the time that the product or service was offered as a prize.
5. You will receive a 100% reimbursement in advertisement in the equal amount of money invested on the website design, production and link. Your website will be an important feature for your business and for the ABCListing Direct Advertisement System. The Professional Website Designer must become an active “ABCListing Business Member” to provide you this offer. The offer will be concurrent with your active contract.
6. You will be part of an integrated communication system for the mutual benefits and convenience between the individual members and the business members by the acceptance of both parties of the ABCListing program of benefits, discounts and prizes.
7. You may participate in any ABCListing Promotional Plan if you register as individual to get your Membership Code.
