AFFILIATE BENEFITS

Affiliate (Definition): An Individual or Organization member registered as an affiliate of ABCListing.

Affiliate´s responsabilities and benefits:

  1. An Individual or Organization must register and apply to become an ABCListing´s affiliate.
  2. An ABCListing´s affiliate must accept the ABCListing terms & conditions.
  3. An ABCListing´s affiliate must be well informed about the different ABCListing promotional plans, features, incentives, etc. offered to the business members.
  4. An ABCListing´s affiliate may register or induce any business as an ABCListing member. An ABCListing´s affiliate must also provide the business member all the information including ABCListing address and telephone number to allow the business member to send a check or money order made out to ABCListing or make any payment on line, for the ABCListing account.
  5. An ABCListing´s affiliate will receive 50% of the total price of any Initial Economic or Premiun Plan, plus 25% of any additional charges for added features such as text styles, banners, etc.
  6. An ABCListing´s affiliate will receive 25% of the Original Premiun Plan at the time of renewal, plus 25% on any upgrade to the Original Premiun Plan in the renewal process.
  7. An ABCListing´s affiliate will receive only 10% of the Original Premiun Plan if the plan is downgraded in the renewal process.
  8. An ABCListing´s affiliate agrees to provide all necessary personal information including their Tax ID Number, in order to receive the W-1099 form as an independent contractor.
